Without the confirmation of a support code, our staff are unable to discuss any account-specific details or make any changes to your account.
The Support Code is used to help ensure the security, and confidentiality, of your account.
You can generate a support code prior to calling, or messaging, our support team by following the instructions below:
- Log in to the Admin Panel (also known as the Reseller Console)
- Click 'new code' which is displayed beneath your name in the top left hand corner of your Admin Panel under the account reference number
- Please keep in mind that this Support Code does not expire until you generate a new one
