How do I generate a support code?

The Support Code helps our support staff authenticate you over the phone if you wish to make changes to your reseller account. Without the confirmation of a support code, our staff are unable to make any changes to your account. You can generate a support code prior to calling our support team by following the instructions below:


  1. Log in to the Admin Panel
  2. Click 'New Code,' which is displayed beneath your name in the top left hand corner of your Admin Panel under the account reference
  3. Please keep in mind that this support code does not expire until you generate a new one.
