The Support Code helps our support staff authenticate you over the phone if you wish to make changes to your reseller account. Without the confirmation of a support code, our staff are unable to make any changes to your account. You can generate a support code prior to calling our support team by following the instructions below:
- Log in to the Admin Panel
- Click 'New Code,' which is displayed beneath your name in the top left hand corner of your Admin Panel under the account reference
- Please keep in mind that this support code does not expire until you generate a new one.
