Reseller cloud webhosting is different to webhosting, and therefore has a different cancellation process. To learn more about the difference, click here. To cancel reseller cloud webhosting:
- Log in to the Admin Panel
- Hover over ‘Products’ and click ‘Manage Reseller Cloud Hosting’
- Scroll down to 'Products' and click the ‘Delete Product’ button next to the product you want to remove
Note: If you have a client using the reseller cloud web hosting product, you will have to remove that client from the product before you can delete it.
