A new department has been set up, this will push chats directly to our Migration team and Tier 2 team

- Once the window has loaded, either type in 'Agent' or wait 5 seconds for 'Get in touch' to appear
- Click on 'Get in touch'
- Enter your details and select the department 'cPanel Upgrades'
- Click 'Start Chat' & have your Support Code handy as we'll need this to verify the request
