cPanel Migrations - Support Channels

We're putting in place some dedicated channels to reach us during the upcoming cPanel Migrations into CentralNic's infrastructure. This is to ensure there's someone available 24/7 to support our resellers during this time.

Chat Support

A new department has been set up, this will push chats directly to our Migration team and Tier 2 team

  1. Click on 'Support' from the bottom right of this page or the 'Contact Us' page
  2. Once the window has loaded, either type in 'Agent' or wait 5 seconds for 'Get in touch' to appear
  3. Click on 'Get in touch'
  4. Enter your details and select the department 'cPanel Migration'Screenshot_2020-09-28_at_09.12.21.png
  5. Click 'Start Chat' & have your Support Code handy as we'll need this to verify the request

please note: as this channel is configured for cPanel Migration support only, non-migration chats may be transferred to the correct department if incorrectly selected when launching the chat.
