The Domain Manager is a free service from TPP Wholesale that allows you to easily manage your domain's online presence. It includes the Zone Manager for advanced DNS control (such as A, CNAME, and MX records) and the Domain Redirector to point your domain to any existing web address.
Zone Manager and Domain Redirector cannot be provisioned separately from the Domain Manager.
Provisioning Domain Manager in the Reseller Portal
- Login to the Reseller Portal
- Hover over Products then click Provision Domain Manager
- Enter the domain name that you would like to provision Domain Manager for
- The Select a Customer field will pre-populate with the retrospective account once the system has recognised that the domain name exists in the system
- If the domain name does not exist in the Platform, you will need to enter the Account Reference manually to proceed. If it is for a new customer sub-account, we recommend for you to create the customer account before proceeding however, you can also create the new customer account during this process
- Select Monthly or Yearly with yearly being the recommendation option
- Click Select
- Click the check box to agree to the TPP Wholesale terms & conditions
- Click Provision
Note: When provisioning Domain Manager for third-party domain names, you may see the following warning:
"This domain is not in your current list of domains. Please confirm it is correct before proceeding."
This warning message will not prevent the service provisioning. It's simply asking to confirm that the domain name is spelled correctly.
To complete the Domain Manager setup, simply scroll down the page.
Provisioning Domain Manager in the Customer Portal
- Hover over Products then click Provision Domain Manager
- Click the Select a Domain drop down and select the domain name that you would like provision Domain Manager for
- If the domain name does not exist in the Platform, you will need to enter the Domain Name manually
- Select Monthly or Yearly with yearly being the recommendation option
- Click Select
- Click the check box to agree to the TPP Wholesale terms & conditions
- Click Provision
