You will receive your first email regarding domain renewal 88 days before the domain expires. You'll then receive reminder emails 88, 30 and 5 days before expiration for domain names that are not elected to automatically renew. To renew your domain, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Admin Panel
- Hover over 'Domains' and click 'Renew'. This will bring up a list of all domains up for renewal
- Check the box next to the domain you want to renew
- Click 'Add to Domain Renew List'
- On the next page, select the number of years you'd like to renew for and accept the Terms & Conditions
- Click 'Renew Domain
Note: You can set your account to automatically renew the domains in your admin panel. The system will renew the domain 30 days prior to the domain expiration date. One notification will be sent 60 days prior to the domain expiration date about the automatic renewal of the domain.
To opt the domain for autorenewal, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Admin Panel
- Hover over 'Domains' and click 'Manage'
- Enable / disable the domain in auto renewal toggle
*Enabling the autorenewal option if a domain is already within 30 days prior to the domain expiration date will automatically prompt the console to process the renewal.
*If you are a reseller and wants your client to be charged for the renewal of their domain, access the client's account and enable the auto renewal option.
To opt the domain for autorenewal in your clients account, follow the steps below:
- Log in to Admin Panel
- In the Overview page click on the View a summary of all domains link
- Enable / disable the domain in auto renewal toggle
