Domain Restrictions
Eligible registrants are:
- Kyoto municipalities and local governments;
- Public and private institutions with a valid physical address in Kyoto;
- Organizations, companies, and other businesses with a valid physical address in Kyoto; and
- Natural persons with a valid physical address in Kyoto.
All Registrants must remain in compliance with the nexus requirements at all times. The Registry will conduct scans of registration data from time to time in order to ensure compliance with the registration requirements. Any failure of a registration to satisfy the
Nexus Requirement will result in the name being placed on a hold for an initial period of 30 days. The sponsoring Registrar will be notified of such a hold and be given the opportunity to correct any information.
