  • A domain can be canceled by the registry due to not correctly configured name servers
• Hungarian or Community Trademark required. Domain name must match trademark term.
• Only individual and juridical persons residing in or belonging to the below mentioned countries (EU, EGT, EFTA, and Hungary neigbours) can register domain names under the ccTLD ".HU".

• The admin contact of the domain has to be resident of the country Hungary.
• The owner and admin contact have to contain the name of a real person. Wild cards or role contacts like 'Domain Manager' are not allowed.

• If the registrant is an organization, the admin needs to be an organization as well.
  • Private persons can only be accepted as admin, if they are identical with the registrant.
