There are two types of accounts within the TPP Console: the Reseller account and customer sub-accounts.
If you want to move a domain name from one TPP Reseller account into another TPP Reseller, please use a domain transfer from your admin panel for gTLD/.au/.nz domains.
For other domain extensions, please contact support with the following details:
- The account reference and support code for the target reseller account;
- The domain name(s);
- The EPP/Auth code(s).
If you want to move a domain name from one of your TPP customer accounts into another of your TPP customer accounts, please follow the instructions below:
Instructions
- Login to the Admin Panel
- Hover over ‘Domains’ and click ‘Manage’
- Check the box next to the domain you want to transfer
- At the bottom of the screen, click ‘Change Account’
- Scroll down and type in the new account reference
- Click ‘Change Account’
Note: If your domain has any active workflows attached to it, an error will appear and it won’t go through. Please wait for workflows to complete before attempting the transfer again or contact support.
How do I find my domain name username and password?
- Login to the Admin Panel
- Hover over ‘Domains’ and click ‘Manage Domains’
- Locate the domain name you want to find the details for
- Hover-over Account options in the last column of domain name and select Show domain login
