Recover my password

There are two ways to recover your password, detailed below:

How can I recover the password to my Admin Panel?

Click here to recover your account login credentials, enter your domain name, or an account reference code into the text fields provided and click submit. The password reset emails are always sent to the current contact on the account.

Note: The current contact is the account owner and not the domain name owner.

How can I recover the password for a domain level login?

This level of access is usually given to web designers/developers and other third parties who don’t need to access the full account. It allows end-users and clients to:
  • - Update configuration details for your domain name
  • - Manage email and/or web hosting services
  • - Update WHOIS information
Click here to recover your domain name passwords, enter your domain name into the text fields provided and click submit. The passwords are always sent to the current contact on the account.

Note: The current contact is the account owner and not the domain name owner.

I didn’t receive the password recovery email!

If you didn’t receive the password recovery email, it might be due to one of these reasons:
  • - Your email address has changed but you haven’t updated it in the Admin Panel
  • - You are the owner of the domain name, or an authorised officer of the entity that owns the domain name, but do not have access to the account
If your email has changed, please contact support.
