Before closing your reseller account, please ensure that there are no active services and outstanding invoices. You may also remove the credit card(s) that are saved in your account.
To check for active domains and products
1) Login to your reseller account
2) Click Domains > Manage
3) Click Products > Manage Customer Products
To check for outstanding invoices
1) Login to your reseller account
2) Click Finance > View Invoices
To remove any credit cards on file
1) Login to your reseller account
2) Click Finance > Payment Preference
3) Click Prepaid credit as your Default Payment Option and click Update
4) Beside each credit card you wish to remove, select [Remove]
Once you are ready to close your reseller account, please send a request to support@tppwholesale.com.au
Note: Your reseller account will be deactivated, not deleted, and will remain in our system for seven years due to record-keeping requirements, in compliance with the law.
