How do I update my customers' details?

To update your customers' details:

  1. Log in to the reseller admin panel
  2. Hover over ‘Customers’ and click ‘Browse/Search Active Customers’
  3. On the next page, click on the account reference of the customer whose details you want to edit
  4. A new window will pop up, giving you access to their account level log in
  5. Click ‘Account’ and then ‘Edit’ to edit their contact information
