How do I add or delete a customer account?

To add a customer:
  1. Log in to the reseller admin panel
  2. Hover over ‘Customers’ and click ‘Create New Customer’
  3. Fill in the text fields and click ‘Register’
To delete a customer:

TPP Wholesale doesn’t allow resellers to delete customer accounts. However, you can 'archive' an inactive customer account. Archived accounts can no longer be accessed by the clients.

To archive a customer, follow the instructions below:
  1. Log in to the reseller admin panel
  2. Hover over 'Customers' and click 'Browse/Search Active Customers'
  3. Locate the customer you want to archive
  4. In the far right column, hover over 'Account Options' and click 'Archive Customer'.
