To add a customer:
- Log in to the reseller admin panel
- Hover over ‘Customers’ and click ‘Create New Customer’
- Fill in the text fields and click ‘Register’
To delete a customer:TPP Wholesale doesn’t allow resellers to delete customer accounts. However, you can 'archive' an inactive customer account. Archived accounts can no longer be accessed by the clients.
To archive a customer, follow the instructions below:
- Log in to the reseller admin panel
- Hover over 'Customers' and click 'Browse/Search Active Customers'
- Locate the customer you want to archive
- In the far right column, hover over 'Account Options' and click 'Archive Customer'.
