How do I show my directory listing?

When a request is made to a URL which points to a directory instead of an actual file within a directory, web servers will typically serve a default index page such as an index.html or index.php file. If this file doesn't exist on the server or the server is not configured to display this file, a list of all the files and directories located inside the current directory may be displayed.

If users wish to disable this listing and hide their file structure (recommended), they may disable directory listing on their account. When directory listing is disabled, an error message will appear instead of the list of files and directories on the server. The error message will simply advise the visitor that they do not have permissions to view the current directory.
