The following article outlines the support scope for customers wanting to customise the Whitelabel website to look like their existing website. This document is important as there are multiple levels of support when dealing with custom console, our responsibility to you (our customer) and your responsibility to your customers.

Reseller Responsibility

Correct code and instructions

Instructions and installation package for the Whitelabel website are provided on the TPP website

Website coding

NA

Resellers using this option should possess intermediate coding skills or have access to a developer or resource who can provide assistance.

Errors in website after installation

NA

Fixing errors or broken pages in a website which may be the result of integrating whitelabel code.

Version updates

Updates to the Whitelabel package will be posted on our website for download and communicated to our resellers.

It is the reseller’s responsibility to download and update the latest version if desired.

Pricing Updates

Updates to our pricing will be communicated to our resellers.

Making pricing changes in their Admin Panel and making the changes to their Whitelabel website

Policy Updates

We will inform resellers of any changes or additions they need to make to their custom Whitelabel in accordance with ICANN and auDA

Resellers will need to ensure that their websites are up to date and in line with all ICANN and auDA policies.

Product updates

We will inform resellers of any changes to pricing or product updates that will require them to reinstall new or updated code to their custom Whitelabel

Resellers will need to ensure that their websites are up to date and in line with all TPP Wholesale pricing and product structures
