How do I view my email headers?

Overview

Email headers provide detailed information about an email, including who it's from, who it was sent to and the sending date. They also include a unique message ID and time stamps, which help system administrators to locate specific emails when searching through email logs.

Our support staff may request a copy of the email headers from an email that customers are having technical trouble with. Email headers are useful when investigating a number of issues including email delays, duplicate emails or bounce back emails.
