Request a refund

Our refund policy can be read in full in the Terms & Conditions. In general, all refund requests are subject for approval and review. All annual web hosting subscriptions require manual confirmation of renewal unless auto-renewal has been turned on. All monthly subscriptions are renewed indefinitely until cancelled.

TPP Wholesale cannot provide refunds for the registration of misspelled domain names, unless the domain registration can be refunded within the grace period, such as .AU & gTLD Domains.

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
  • You (the reseller) requires the withdrawal of Prepaid Credit
  • Domain Registrations/Renewals for the .AU space when the request is received within the 3 day grace period from Registration & Renewal
  • Domain Registrations for Generic Top Level Domains (gTLD) when the request is received within 5 days from Registration
How to submit a refund request:
  1. Email support@tppwholesale.com.au with the subject line “Refund Request” and the following details:
    1. Domain Name
    2. Account Reference
    3. Reason for refund
    4. Account Support Code
  2. You will then receive an auto-response email that includes a Ticket Number. You can use this to follow up on the case if you do not receive a response within seven days.
