Request a refund

Our refund policy can be read in full in the Terms & Conditions. On the whole, we don’t offer many refunds. This is because we process domain name registrations in good faith at the request of you and your clients and we are usually unable to reverse the process. All annual subscriptions require manual confirmation of renewal unless auto-renewal has been turned on, so a refund isn’t usually necessary. All monthly subscriptions are renewed indefinitely until cancelled.

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
  • You (the reseller) requires the withdrawal of Prepaid Credit
  • The hosting package purchased doesn’t meet the customers’ requirements and TPP Wholesale is notified within 7 days of the order
How to submit a refund request:
  1. Email support@tppwholesale.com.au with the subject line “Refund Request” and the following details:
    1. Domain Name
    2. Account Reference
    3. Reason for refund
  2. You will then receive an auto-response email that includes a Case ID. You can use this to follow up on the case if you do not receive a response within seven days.
If you are trying to reverse a domain name registered in error, we advise you to phone the TPP Wholesale Customer Service department ASAP and quote your Ticket ID. This will enable us to process any domain name reversals immediately, and will increase your chances of obtaining a refund.
