  • Remember my 2FA for 7 days checkbox has been added to the login page. One 2FA is enabled, you will be able to check this box and have your authentication remembered for 7 days. After 7 days, the 2FA will be reset, and you’ll have to authenticate again via the app to email
  • We’ve increased the security of the 2FA features to limit login attempts to four. If you exceed this limit, you must wait two minutes before trying again. This is to mitigate human and automated efforts to access your account.

  • Logging of successful and unsuccessful 2FA attempts has also been added to comply with Essential 8 best practices. Essential 8 is a security initiative established by the Australian government to help businesses protect themselves against cyber threats. The Essential Eight Maturity Model provides advice on how to implement the Essential Eight to mitigate different levels of adversary tradecraft and targeting. For added security, these logs are not available through the console. If you suspect a security issue, please contact support and request a copy of the logs, and we’ll make them available to you.
  • Please note that you will need to have Cookies enabled in order for for the Remember me for 7 days function to work correctly
