Upon signing up to become a new partner, our Business Development Managers will be the initial contact to guide you through our program, introduce our products and understand your business needs and growth plan to maximise opportunity. All new partners are assigned a BDM for the first three months to ensure a smooth journey. - Account Managers
We understand the importance of client relationships. Therefore, all our partners are assigned to an account manager after three months of signing up. They will provide advocacy and advice on all things industry related. Having an account manager that understands your business requirements is intrinsic to continuing growth and our team are here to ensure the stability of your TPP partnership. - Support Staff
