Follow the steps below in order to cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription via the Reseller Portal.
- Log in to the Admin Panel
- Hover over ‘Products’ and click ‘Cancel Services’
- Select the domain you want to cancel the Microsoft service for from the drop-down menu
- Check the box of the service you want to cancel
- Select the reason for Cancellation
- Click ‘Cancel Service’
