To ensure you receive important notifications for domains, Microsoft 365 subscriptions, hosting services, and account purchases, verify both your contact details and notification preferences within the Reseller Console.
Step 1: Update Your Account Contact Details
- Log in to your Reseller Console.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Manage Account.

Under Current Account Contact Details:
- Verify that all required contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Enter the email address where you would like to receive notifications in the Email field.
- Update any additional contact details as required.
- Review the Notification Settings and Email Subscriptions sections and ensure the appropriate options are enabled.
- Tick I confirm my information is up to date.

Click Update Contact to save your changes.
Note: You may be required to verify your email address before the changes are applied.
Step 2: Configure Notification Preferences
- Navigate to Account Settings > Notification Settings.

Review the available notification categories:
- Domain Related
- Purchase Related
- M365 Related
- Hosting and Other Related

Enable the required notifications under the appropriate recipient column:
- Reseller – Notifications sent to the reseller account.
- Client – Notifications sent to your customer.
Important: If the above settings have been configured, please make sure that the SPF record is included in your DNS Zone Manager. This helps prevent notification emails from being rejected or marked as spam by the recipient's mail server.
