How To Purchase Microsoft 365

Overview

Follow the below steps in order to purchase Microsoft Office 365 via the Reseller Portal.

  1. Login to the TPPWholesale Reseller Portal
  2. Place your mouse over Products
  3. Click "Purchase Microsoft 365"
  4. Enter the domain name
  5. Select the Microsoft 365 Plan and the quantify of licenses
  6. Select Monthly / Yearly for the billing frequency
  7. Click Add to cart
  8. Ensure that your Reseller Account Reference is highlighted in the Existing Customer field
  9. Click "Order 365 Product"

 

Follow the below steps in order to purchase Microsoft Office 365 via the Customer Level Portal.

  1. Login to the TPPWholesale Reseller Portal
  2. Place your mouse over Customers
  3. Click on "Browse/Search Active Customers"
  4. Click on the desired Account Reference that you would like to make the purchase against
  5. Click on "Order"
  6. Click on "Order Hosting & Extras"
  7. Scroll right down to the bottom of the page and enter the customer's domain under "I want to buy services for my domain name"
  8. Click on "Find"
  9. You will be prompted with a screen that confirms the domain is already registered with us and will need to be upgraded. You will then need to click on "Continue"
  10. Click on "Add Extras"
  11. Select the desired O365 Service/Quantity and click on "Add"
  12. Click on "Continue"
  13. Please ensure you add the correct card information under "Payment Details"
  14. Ensure the Terms & Conditions have been agreed to and click on "Place Your Order"
